It is unlikely that your item would be damaged during shipping. Clothing items are shipped wrapped in plastic and Aurmus Gold Elixir is generously wrapped in bubble wrap.

If your item arrives in a damaged or unusable condition, please send us photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving the item to our email: divineyoniversetemple@gmail.com

After review, we will send a replacement item (if available) or issue a refund. If you are outside Thailand, we ask you to pay the shipping cost of the replacement item.

We ask that you send your returns to our Warehouse in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The Zip Code is 5023. You may use any shipping method of your choice.

We will send you the specific mailing address after we receive your return request and photos of the item.

Your refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the item, after an inspection to ensure it is in new and undamaged condition.

Within Thailand, we offer free shipping and will send your items via Kerry Express.

For international shipments, we send via Thailand Thai Post “Airmail” for a more affordable and slightly slower option, and via DHL if you wish to pay a little more for the fastest service. Shipping rates vary based on the weight of items in your order.

DHL rates are calculated at checkout based on your actual address. Thai Post rates are estimated based on your address country.

International orders including Aurmus Gold Elixir must use DHL, as it is not possible to send liquids via Thai Post.

Most of our garments can handle a machine wash with cold water and hang-dry. Hand washing with cold water will extend the life of the garment, especially if the garment includes sequins and embroidery. We suggest only handwashing items that are made of linen-cotton (this includes the Yeshua/Magdalena hoods, the Sophia, and the Royal Robe). Frequent washing and use of spin-dry cycle may cause the ShivAwear gold trims to fray over time, which can be elegantly cleaned up with a small scissors and 5 minutes of meditative trimming.

Aurmus Gold Elixir is sensitive to EMFs, so we suggest you keep your bottle away from cell phones and other electronic devices. When transporting, it is wise to wrap the bottle in three layers of aluminum foil or place it inside a small bag that was manufactured to act as a Faraday cage for cell phones (can be purchased on Lazada or Amazon). When kept inside your home, we suggest keeping your bottle on your altar or in another sacred location so it can soak up the good vibes.
